1. Issue
The issue of this contribution is the discovery of the connection between the 3 K-radiation in space and the structure of the electron and the proton, as well as the knowledge that this connection is based on the simplest mechanism of uniform particles.
It is possible that this discovery is the base for an absolutely new idea of the structure and the mode of function of atoms and their components.
